Junior Week

For ages 7-11, this camp session will run from Sunday-Friday. Your camper will take part in many activities, including shotgun sports, archery, canoeing, waterfowl identification, and so much more during their week at camp! Campers will learn skills and create friendships that will last a lifetime!
Senior Week

For ages 12-16, this camp session will run from Sunday-Friday. Your camper will take part in many activities, including shotgun sports, archery, canoeing, waterfowl identification, capture the flag, night shoot and so much more! Campers will learn the skills and create friendships that will last a lifetime!
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in written form via email (not over the phone) to be valid. Nothing is final until that email has been received. Cancellations for medical reasons must be accompanied by a letter from the attending physician. In the case of medical cancellations prior to May 1, Camp Woodie will refund tuition minus the non-refundable deposit($200) of each canceled session; however, after May 1 medically related cancellations will be refunded half the tuition. Cancellations for any other reason will result in the loss of each session’s non-refundable deposit($200) based upon the date of cancellation as follows: December 1, 2023 through May 1, 2024 is the loss of each session’s deposit. May 1, 2024 and forward withdrawals result in the loss of the full tuition of each canceled session($1075).
Financial Assistance
The cost of tuition does not have to be paid in full when you register! There are monthly payment plans available to ease the financial burden of sending your child to summer camp. Financial Assistance is available. To apply for Financial Assistance please fill out our request form and email to campwoodie@scwa.org. Be sure to include your completed Financial Assistance Request Form and put “Financial Assistance” in the subject line of the email.
