Lodging Floor Plans
As of February 28, 2020, Camp Leopold has implemented new policies regarding cancellations and refunds for attending schools. Information regarding these policies is listed below:
- A final and guaranteed number of participants must be received in writing from the school 2 weeks prior to the trip. This number will be used to prepare food, lodging and staffing for your trip. The group understands and agrees the final bill will be the larger of the following: the minimum number shown above or the actual number of students and chaperones who attend the trip. Account is subject to a 6% finance charge if balance is not paid within 30 days following the trip.
- If a group cancels within 30 days prior to the experience the group will be responsible for 70% of the total contracted minimum number for said trip.
- Any other potential refunds will be discussed on a case-by-case basis with the school and Camp Leopold Director (Ex: Death in the family, etc.)

Camp Session Rates
1-day session | $40 per student, $20 per chaperon
2-day session | $110 per student, $55 per chaperon
3-day session | $160 per student, $80 per chaperon
Educators are ALWAYS free. There are opportunities for the cost of students to be covered by scholarships from Camp Leopold’s corporate sponsors or SCWA chapters. Reach out to Joe Gonzalez at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about scholarships.
